First of many vehicles I've purchased from west herr that im not even a little excited about. Finance guy kept congratulating me even though I didnt sign anything. To be completely honest I usually despise car dealerships. The dishonesty, the shenanigans, and the pressure to make decisions that aren't right for you. My experience at West Herr Dodge Jeep dealerships. The dishonesty, the shenanigans, and the pressure to make decisions that aren't right for you. My experience at West Herr Dodge Jeep Ram was the complete opposite of the usual dealership experience. From the first phone call with Cal, to looking over the car with Barry, and working with Adam in financing; everything was easy and low stress. There was no up selling for stupid things I didn't want or ask for. There was no ridiculous fees or pressure to purchase warranties after I said I wasn't interested. The Jeep I purchased is in great shape. There were a few minor problems including odd but passable wear on the tires. Barry had these issues taken care of quickly. They replaced the tires with brand new versions of the same BF Goodrich tires (not cheap!). Dealerships I've dealt with in the past have tried to get away with slapping on the cheapest tires they can find which is cheap and potentially unsafe for car and driver on a AWD/4WD vehicle. Overall, great dealership and great people. I highly recommend them. More

Dealership y issue was with is great. Took care of my flat tire quickly -needed a new one. Jessica was wonderful. Kept me informed. I just wanted to stop by to give a quick Kudos to Nick and Peter in the parts department. Called in to get a Grill for my Ram 1500 and from the start the whole interaction was great with the team. They he and Peter in the parts department. Called in to get a Grill for my Ram 1500 and from the start the whole interaction was great with the team. They held the part for me, I drove 5 hours to pick up and it was well worth it just from the whole experience from the team. Peter even insisted on helping me carry it to the car (the part was very light). It was well worth the drive to collect this part. Thank you Peter for the great experience at this dealership.
