I almost went somewhere else and dealt with the leak in my sun roof for months until someone else answered the phone and was pleasant and set up the appointment. Service fixed everything in one day. I hope the other person no longer works there because she just refused to give me an appointment even after I came in person to ask. Great service from everyone this time. More

Excessive wait RECIEVING service with an appointment. My most recent service for a oil change and tire rotation took TWO hours. When checking in the vechicle I asked for a estimate of time and price. The Customer Service rep said I wasn't scheduled to wait with vehicle. Which happened before, so the last couple of visits I always make sure I have screenshots of my confirmed appointment details. Thankfully it was an error. Lastly received a text message that my vehicle was complete. There was a great delay with my vehicle returnting to the service pickup area. Highly disappointed in the lack of efficiency of service during my last few visits. It is noticeably evident that there isn't an efficient amount of service technicians on hand to accommodate. While waiting I was speaking with another customer that happened to be scheduled for the same service as I but an hour earlier whom was still waiting. There ended up being an issue with their window. Neither of received acknowledgement concerning the wait during the wait. I noticed the service representative was overextended when checking me in and out. Highly disappointed. More
