This is my third purchase with Westshore Mazda so I’m obviously happy with them if I keep coming back! This time I worked with Rafael and Leo. I give a 1 star to the dealership finance department. You need to feel that there is integrity, honesty and transparency …I feel I got lot of horse manure.- instead of important information. I believe the time spent signing in the electronic apparatus, could have be a phenomenal time for the finance manager to describe,…or explain- in simple words What you are signing for. It could have been re: maintenance service you get with a lease, and so forth, Im not sure of what was the mistake, and why the problems,… but, it would have been better to have taken responsibility and not blaming any on someone else. You want to think that the company knows … since there’s a claim that this job Is one they do daily.🥴 Why did I proceeded to take this car? Because of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - BRIAN REID -an excellent salesperson and customer service agent. Great personality, Well mannered, a positive attitude,Good communicator, who answered and gave me the information on 3 vehicles - next to each other in their showroom. Compared of similarities and differences among them. It will be a month 6/14 that I drove with this car. One week after and then one week afterward… there was problem where they had to call me to resign paperwork!! ( lack of several things!!)🥴 I tried calling the dealership, with no answer, except the message to “‘record your message”.’ I will then contact Brian and he was always ready to rescue, direct calls etc And making things happened. I am so greatful for his diligence.!! I wish him a bucket full of success and hope that his GM is aware of this persons Value!!! I have long ways in dealing with this Mazda dealership. ( I choose to be hopeful…?!!) There is a list in my book of several things that need to happen in that financing department, that are a must! My wife and I were excited to purchase a vehicle, and we made it clear from the beginning that we had a pre-approved loan from our bank. Despite this, the dealership tried to trick us toward their financing options, which raised immediate red flags. It felt like a blatant attempt to deceive us into financing through them, even after we had explicitly stated our intentions. The vehicle was listed at $22,594. When we were presented with the invoice, I was shocked to see a total of $32,608.13—a staggering difference from the advertised price. While I understand there are additional costs like taxes, tags, and filing fees, the dealership was adding hidden fees that were not disclosed upfront. Throughout the process, the manager was dismissive of our concerns and continued to pressure us into accepting their terms. This experience has left us feeling frustrated and distrustful of Westshore Mazda. I strongly advise potential buyers to proceed with caution. There are plenty of dealerships that value transparency and honesty—sadly, Westshore Mazda is not one of them. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere! More
Dealer had me drive 120 miles to dealer and had vehicle at ouside repair shop. Worked up deal for purchase lowballed my trade, tried to sneak $2900 warranty on paperwork, and wanted me to pay $1500 on deal at ouside repair shop. You can't make this up ( LOL) I was told that no deal could be made for me, I bring in 3500 a month free and clear, and have a amazing payment history, was told that something had been worked out, co could be made for me, I bring in 3500 a month free and clear, and have a amazing payment history, was told that something had been worked out, come back in the Morning with my insurance, and you'll drive off the lot. Get there and there is a credit freeze on my credit, get it removed, again nothing can be done! Funny thing is my girlfriend just got of jail, has only been working a month, and the same Hyundai Sonata they were trying to get me into, she is driving home right now, same color, blahahah same VIN, She didn't even have a down payment, employees gather around and do videos, and a baby just glides through the store while Mom is working, no harm there, but the rest...Wow More
$4800 in Fees cost he deal for me, I purchased the same make and model car from Indiana better milage and shipped to my door saved $5,000. I went to the dealership with the purpose of getting my car fixed. While there, I spotted this beautiful car on the showroom floor. Matt Steel helped me with the purchase!
