I'm sure the other customer wasn't happy either. failed to explain that an extended warranty was in the financing. Kind of my fault, but after driving 2 1/2 hours and waiting for 3 more hours, then knowing I had a 2 1/2 hour drive home, I was kind of in a hurry to get done. they ended up making good on the headlight, but I'm finding little things that are wrong that should have been taken care of. not so sure I would recommend. Our Durango was ready in a timely manner and held for us the following day due to a commitment. What was most appreciated is that we were concerned about the total. We understood the additional cost of th the following day due to a commitment. What was most appreciated is that we were concerned about the total. We understood the additional cost of the belt, installation of it, and tax above and beyond the alternator covered by the extended warranty, but still were prepared to check in on the warranty regarding this. After payment, Katie called us back and found that an adjustment needed to be made to the labor charged. We appreciated her promptness in calling us back, saving us both time and money! Gratefully, Michelle More
We were charged over $300 and told the issue was simply a bad fuse that had been replaced. However, after driving about 150 miles, the fuse blew again and the trailer brakes stopped working. We then took the bad fuse that had been replaced. However, after driving about 150 miles, the fuse blew again and the trailer brakes stopped working. We then took the truck to our local Ram dealership, where it spent a week in the shop. They discovered the actual problem was a bad ground in the 7-way plug. Needless to say, we were shocked to be billed over $300 for a fuse replacement especially since we already had the part on hand and even more frustrated to learn less than 24 hours later that the fuse was not the root cause of the problem. As a result, we are now out $300 and also lost the use of our truck for a week while the true issue was properly diagnosed and repaired. Given these circumstances, I am requesting a full refund. I can provide receipts from our local Ram dealer as proof of the actual repair if needed More
