STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR UNNECESSARILY REPAIRS! So my check engine light came on in my Jeep Grand Cherokee, stopped at an auto zone to have the codes read. Code said it was the ESIM module REPAIRS! So my check engine light came on in my Jeep Grand Cherokee, stopped at an auto zone to have the codes read. Code said it was the ESIM module. Took my Jeep in and asked the to replace the ESIM module. The said they will do a diagnostic check and let me know. When they called they said it was a completely different sensor, and a hose…. I said fine fix it. $525.00…. The next day the check engine light pops back on. So I call and they tell me to bring it back in. This time when they check they tell me it the ESIM module…. Now I am pissed as that is what they were supposed to fix the first time. Another $300.00. Feel like I totally got scammed to pay for things that did not need to be fixed. When I asked they, their response was well sorry that you feel that way. My recommend stay away from all Wickstrom dealers they are con artists and make you pay for things you did not ask for.. More
I recently went in for an oil change and was informed that both of my batteries needed to be replaced. I proceeded with replacing the auxiliary battery but was advised to have my main battery tested at N that both of my batteries needed to be replaced. I proceeded with replacing the auxiliary battery but was advised to have my main battery tested at Napa, where it was originally purchased. At Napa, they thoroughly tested the main battery, walked me through their process, and confirmed that there was nothing wrong with it. I was also shown how easy it is for the dealer to fib the numbers, showing how they can raise and lower to any result they please. Wanting to verify the dealership’s diagnosis, I contacted Wickstrom and requested a copy of the battery test results that indicated my main battery needed replacement. After multiple follow-ups, I was eventually told in a text, “Kim, I retrieved the work order from your visit and no longer have the battery test receipt.” Despite it being part of the work order from my visit, conveniently this receipt is missing. This experience has raised serious concerns about their recommendations and transparency. More

Car in limp mode, Had service change the battery cable ends. Service can't read codes. Did a full oil change to be appreciative of service taking care of me. "Needs Lexus dealer" limped my car to an auto parts shop. Really no choice to limp myself 3 miles on Route 14. They even helped me install the 4.95 fuse. Invoice #915208. Earlier in the day I stopped to see new Corsairs and Natilus. Needless to say that is not a good idea. More

I took my 2020 Jeep Compass in for start/stop not available issue. Service advisor, Josh A. listened to my concerns, took the car in to check and explained my options after a faulty battery was found available issue. I feel like this place has turned into a scam within their service area. I do not trust them at all. It feel like they are hungry for money and lying to their customers to get it. I brought my recently purchased 2011 Chrysler 200 Touring Convertible with 92,000 miles in for a synthetic oil change and transmission service (fluid and filter). Josh Arenson was great about getting me in and explaining what to expect and the costs...less than I had expected. Josh is very good at his job and real asset to Wickstrom. They also conducted a bumper-to-bumper inspection and provided a report on all findings. All good. The Waiting Area is very spacious and comfortable. I also took advantage of the free car wash on the way out. Thank you. I look forward to my next visit.
