$250 for nothing After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment, I brought my car from over an hour away (as this is the closest Kia dealership since I moved) to attempt to After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment, I brought my car from over an hour away (as this is the closest Kia dealership since I moved) to attempt to fix a major acceleration issue with my six year old Kia. After fixing a wire that they thought was the problem, they test drove it and said it was better. I was skeptical so I asked to test drive the car before I checked out to see if it was any better before I left, but they would not let me. I was basically told if this didn't fix the issue that it would be very expensive to repair, implying that my 6 year old Kia was not worth fixing. So I just cashed out and left. But as soon as I pulled out, it was obvious that the problem was no better. How any serious tech would think the problem is fixed when the car is hitting 5000rpm to get up to 25mph, I don't understand. So I turned around and brought it back to tell them the car was no better. The service manager and tech essentially through their hands up in the air, didn't offer to take another look or take it for a drive to even offer a guess what the problem was. They just said, well it might be expensive and take a long time to figure out. Again implying that a 6 year old Kia is not worth fixing, and giving the strong impression that they just did not want to deal with it. So I left. Worst experience I ever had with any auto shop or dealership. I certainly will not return, and would not recommend anyone else to use this shop. I should have just gone to my local repair shop, but I thought that a Kia dealership would be better able to fix a Kia, instead I wasted half of a day, drove 100 miles, and spent $250 to have my car run just as poorly as it did when I brought it in. Is it really worth it? After being given the all clear multiple times I smoked both bearing causing me to have to replace the the cv axles less than 1000 miles later. I tried to get part numbers for the replacements and they refused to give them to me and when I ordered front suspension parts from there they charged over 4 times as much for them and they were the wrong part. When I tried to return them they wanted a restocking fee. I’ve owed a Lexus IS250 that was much cheaper to maintain and purchase parts for. They charge way to much for parts and their refusal to give part numbers is ridiculous... are these proprietary parts?!? No, just parts I can get online but are next to impossible to purchase at a parts store. Their service is a joke and customer service is next to non-existent. Save yourself the trouble and buy something other than a Kia unless you want subpar service, parts, and vehicles. More
Thus was a great experience. I purchased a new vehicle on my own. As a women Greg Moore treated me very well. He made the experience exceptionally well for me. I fell in love with the Niro, told my sister in law in Tennessee about it and she bought one. The staff at Williams Kia were very patient with me, answering all of my questions, going over purchase vs. lease numbers. I felt at ease and confident dealing with this dealership. Mike and Devin are the greatest. Best of all, I'm still loving my Niro. It's very user friendly. The only thing I would change is: make the hatch back automatic. More

We were very pleased with the customer service we received from Greg Moore. He was never high pressure and just presented options to us. We have never leased before so this was a new experience. Greg made it very easy for us. We are retired and now shouldn't have to think about car repairs. We loved our previous sorento and we look forward to enjoying the upgrades of our new One! More

It was amazing . Ken Matthews the service manager knew I was there at the dealer waiting for them to open. He was a true professional,friendly,and had the belt covered by the warranty,and I was on my way home in 2 hours More

Purchase of 2016 Kia Soul This will be the purchase of my second Kia Soul. The first one was not the best service, the salesman was not the best.
