I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Williamson Cadillac. From the start, the service advisor was rude and dismissive. Before even seeing or testing my car, she pushed back and contes Williamson Cadillac. From the start, the service advisor was rude and dismissive. Before even seeing or testing my car, she pushed back and contested my concern about a malfunctioning radio. As a first-time customer, I immediately felt unheard. I was later texted that my car was ready. When I arrived at the dealership an hour and a half later, I was told the radio hadn’t even been tested yet and the car was still in service. I had to wait while they completed work that should have already been done. Then came day two. After everything that had already happened, they decided to keep the car an additional day. I had to secure a rental, and I received no proactive communication. In fact, I had to repeatedly call just to get a status update because my service advisor was completely unreachable. I live less than 1.5 miles from this dealership, yet based on this experience, I would rather drive across town to a different Cadillac dealer than return here. Cadillac positions itself as a premium brand. The service experience should reflect professionalism, accountability, and clear communication. Unfortunately, this visit fell far below that standard. The folks at Williamson have a lot to learn. From the valet attendant to the service advisor, to the team at the complimentary transportation desk, it all felt gross and unprofessional. More
