I picked up my new special order Yukon Denali a few days ago and one of the ordered accessories was not included upon delivery. My sales person, Mike Penn, made arrangements for me to take the vehicle in th ago and one of the ordered accessories was not included upon delivery. My sales person, Mike Penn, made arrangements for me to take the vehicle in this morning to have the accessory installed. I arrived around 9:20 am and with the assistance if Mike MaKesson and particularly Eddie Garcia, had the part installed and was out of there within half an hour. Eddie picked up my truck and had the work done in record time. Great service, great people. More
