This Dealer did a good job with communicating and for filling most of my needs. My only real issue is when I brought up a potential oil leak in two different spots I was told it was just spilt oil. I bought It up several times before they kept saying it was nothing. Needless to say a week after owning this new vehicle I brought it to a different Ford Dealer and I was right. There was definitely two separate oil leaks and thankfully it was covered under warranty. Unfortunately I was out of my own vehicle for a week. More

Taken advantage of! 85 year old lady goes in to have car looked at. Told it was unsafe to drive. Sold 20,000 car that bluebooks for 13900. Sale was only a week ago and already no pre sale paperwork can be found. No car fax no blue book sheet. Was told it was inspected by someone, but no report can be found. The brakes are complete trash. Salesman knew it wasn't what she wanted but sold it to her anyway. Won't be back to this dealership. More
