GM of the store happen to be walking through and even he was happy to introduce himself and ask me how my experience was while I was waiting for the documents to clear. Holly answered all my questions without hesitation, she showed me exactly what I wanted and didn’t make me feel as if I was a target for a sale. The dealership itself was warm and welcoming and the indoor inventory was immaculate and made the new car search much more exciting. It was a very human experience not a sales experience, which is what you usually encounter at a dealership. As a woman coming in alone to buy a car I never once felt like I would be taken advantage of. To top it off they kindly let me take my new car home that day while leaving my current in the lot, and shuttled me to the dealership the next morning to retrieve it. I will be telling everyone about Wilsonville Subaru, even if they don’t ask :) thank you for making my experience a great one. More

My entire adult life I have lived and breathed Chevy! Brian, who was mentoring a new employee, approached us as we walked up with a simple hello how are you? I explained I wanted to look at a Forester, but I was buying an Equinox. I have been driving an Equinox for eight years. It had been totaled the previous week. He just said well, maybe we can change your mind. Ha, no way I thought! He did it! He was kind, thoughtful, professional, funny, and knowledgeable. He spent time explaining the different trim levels, the safety features, and the overall Subaru safety priority! It drove smooth and the features were what I was looking for! He printed us the three trims we were interested in and estimates for us before we left the dealer, knowing we may not be back as I wanted an equinox! Suffice to say, I did not have the same experience at the local Chevy dealer! We headed back to Wilsonville Subaru! While buying a car makes for a long day, Brian made it easy and relaxing! Thank you Brian! I’m excited to have a Subaru and will be expecting my Bernie bumper sticker any day now...(inside joke)! More

Very Professional, no "typical shady car salesmenship" We bought Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid from Wilsonvill Subaru. Florencio (Flo) was very helpful, very friendly, nothing pushy, but at the same time offered We bought Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid from Wilsonvill Subaru. Florencio (Flo) was very helpful, very friendly, nothing pushy, but at the same time offered / explained what options are required and what is superfluous. He made sure that we secured the vehicle of our choice and color so that it does not get sold to others till we finished the transaction. On certain things he wanted to double check with the manager before committing to us (instead of typical bait and switch) .He followed up with us later how the vehicle is running etc. when we met him next week in the showroom for some accessories addition. The Wilsonville Subaru facility is fully equipped modern and very comfortable, they have large selection of vehicles, the closed in door massive lot is open to customers to walk around and see. Service department is also very modern with text alerts to phone on readiness etc... If i buy another Subaru it will be from here again. Yes it is true, there is no negotiation but I compared my notes their prices are at par with Costco-auto program give or take. Danielle has a 60min long program to explain the about the vehicle / programs we dont know. This is really good and welcoming. More

Upgrading my Subaru Outback I have leased 2 Outbacks in a row, and my 2nd lease was close to ending so I spent days researching other makes/models to see if there was something e I have leased 2 Outbacks in a row, and my 2nd lease was close to ending so I spent days researching other makes/models to see if there was something else I could get that would be more affordable and still meet my needs. On Sunday late afternoon, 9/22/19, at the end of my search, I went to Wilsonville Subaru to do a final comparison on cost/incentives/availability, etc. I already knew I liked the Outback. I was exhausted and "done" but needed to see what they could do for me so that I could make my final decision. Tom Tyson was my sales rep. He was calming and accommodating, and he could tell how frustrated I was by that point. His patience was tested (as was mine) when the dealership's internet went down, right at the point when he was getting ready to go through the numbers with me. I waited for about 30 minutes for the internet to come back up, but at 5:45 he said I could leave and he would call me the next day, and if the numbers worked he could bring the new car to my office where we could sign everything and he would drive mine back to the dealership, He knew better than to ask me to come back down there during the week - I work full time and have evening activities every day. I left the dealership, and within 5 minutes he called me to say that the internet was back up, and he invited me back to finish our review. I turned around, went back, and ended up getting a solid deal on a new Outback, in my top but uncommon interior and exterior color choice. His calmness and the dealership's willingness to create a deal that worked to my advantage (I was over my mileage, still owed 2 payments, and my car had some slight damage to the bumper) are all reasons that I give them the rating that I do - and I would most definitely recommend others to go to that dealership, and Tom specifically, for a Subaru purchase or lease. More
