We didn't quite know what we wanted, and he was very patient explaining various options and vehicle features. He was knowledgeable in a variety of areas regarding vehicles, which surprisingly, isn't always common in car sales. His level of professionalism also showed through when the deal went well beyond the expected time frame and likely the end of his shift. If there were more stars to give for him, we would. Price: The price was around Market Value on CarGurus or TrueCars. I wouldn't call it amazing, but certainly not bad either. The lack of the typical "I need to talk to my Manager" nonsense was more than enough to null out any possible savings you might get by attempting to obtain a "great" deal somewhere else. As we all know, you might get a "great" deal on the car elsewhere, but if you have a trade-in, then there's a reckoning to be had which can erase all of your gains. Trade: I felt they were very upfront with the trade. I have quite a bit of experience buying and selling vehicles, and am generally competent in assessing the condition of a vehicle. I felt that our vehicle was in "Good" condition: a check/ding in a spot or two, light scratches on the front or rear bumper, maybe a wheel recondition, a detail, but really nothing else. I had already reviewed several sites prior to the trade-in to know what the value of "Good" condition was. They gave "Good" condition value on the trade-in, but subtracted out the value of new tires. The tires were in dire need of replacement. "Good" condition typically expects that the tires be in good condition as well. Paperwork: This is where I felt the dealership really fell down on the job. It had nothing to do with our salesman, but within an hour and a half of arriving - which included test-driving multiple cars, discussing features and the price of our trade, and even confirming that we wanted to purchase our car (arriving at 4:15 pm, being ready to close by 5:50 pm), we spent another 3 HOURS getting out the door. The problem? One of the loan guys was on vacation, and one was out sick, leaving only one to manage everything. As a customer, I don't really care about that and don't expect nor desire to spend that kind of time when we're all in agreement on terms. The dealership should be equipped to handle those eventualities. If it weren't for our salesman, this review would be much lower, simply due to the aforementioned situation. Conclusion: Would I shop there again? Yes. Why? The salesmanship and the transparency. More

He spent all day with us until he knew that I knew I was going home with that car and that was amazing for me. Impressive I had a wonderful experience working with Holly Hill. I have medical issues that makes it difficult to get around and had no car to drive to the deal I had a wonderful experience working with Holly Hill. I have medical issues that makes it difficult to get around and had no car to drive to the dealership, and over the phone Holly jumped right in. She picked me up at my house with the car I wanted and took me in. We then of course went over the car and features, went on a test drive, did the paperwork and rode with me back to the house where another employee picked her up. I had requested different tires and another add on. She actually called me and had made the appointment for the work to be done. At the same time I had also noticed some other items that need to be cleaned up, and like before she drove out to my house with a loaner and took my car in. When it was ready, she brought it back and took the loaner. Amazing! Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. If I've had questions Holly has answered those as well as other employees at the main desk or parts. When I have told people about my experience they are impressed., I also got a followup call from Danielle and will be meeting with her for more questions as I understand she is the main contact for such things( haven't had a new car in many years!), but I know Holly will always be there too. You folks have a good thing going with Holly and your entire staff. Holly is professional, well versed in the vehicle, understanding and compassionate. I can't praise her enough. I love my new car! Worst dealership in the area. Extremely disappointed with the staff of this dealership. If you look at their reviews for the past year, they have been failing in customer service a Extremely disappointed with the staff of this dealership. If you look at their reviews for the past year, they have been failing in customer service and in being honest with their customers. My experience mirrors this. I understand that mistakes can be made occasionally. However, significant clerical and staffing errors were made throughout my attempt at purchasing a new vehicle at this dealership. They are listed below: 1.) Lied to me about their inventory and what they had available. When I arrived for my appointment, I was shown a vehicle that “somewhat” matched the specifications I asked for, but clearly was not matching what I asked for. 2.) Lied about the quoted price of the vehicle. 3.) Wilsonville would not price match their own quote from the representative I worked with. They do not negotiate prices, and because of this, I was left with little recourse. 4.) When the vehicle I wanted was found at another dealership over 100 miles away, the staff decided to drive it to Wilsonville putting wear and mileage on the car, rather than towing it. 5.) Sale representative made an error on the final price when he was writing down numbers by hand and ended up charging us hundreds of dollars more. 6.) Wilsonville charged my credit card an excessively wrong amount for a down payment multiple times and locked my credit card due to their own clerical error. 7.) I needed a purchased part installed, and was told their Service and Parts department would contact me within the day. This never happened and I had to contact them myself. Once I arrived, I was questioned excessively about the specifications of my parts need, when they had all of the paperwork and details for the (seemingly) easy installation. That responsibility should not be on the customer. I highly recommended going anywhere else for sales or service. It was an extremely disrespectful and frustrating experience. More
