Regarding the paperwork, while we aim for accuracy, corrections can sometimes be necessary when multiple systems are involved. Once identified, the documents were updated and sent out promptly. The license plate transfer can also take additional time depending on DMV processing, but it was completed once everything was finalized. As for your service concern, warranty coverage is determined by the manufacturer and requires a proper inspection. Our team can assist with setting that up. Complimentary oil changes were a dealership courtesy offered separately for many years and were never included in the warranty contract itself. While that courtesy program has ended, your lifetime warranty and free state inspections remain fully active.
