Overall, I am pleased with my purchase. Incidentally, the person I dealt with was Al Davis and not Guy Mello. Decent service; however; during the signing of contract was told that the original rebate of $2000 was changed to $1700, saying it was beyond their control and that Ford had made a last minute change. Was also promised a bed mat, and when I inspected the truck and asked for the bed mat, was told that because we renegotiated the offer they couldn’t provide the bed. These were examples of inconsistencies that led me to question their integrity and transparency. I was also told that the manager was not willing to offer the Ford X-plan discount on this 2024 vehicle because it was in high demand, yet this is a 2024 vehicle being purchased almost at the end of the year. Most dealerships would discount the vehicle near the end of the sale year to clear their inventory, and make way for the new vehicles. Otherwise experience wasn’t all that bad. More
