This is a follow up left a review on them swapping my tires, I followed up with corporate and they said Dealers are independently owned. After speaking to Andrew Doran who was rude and condescending and tires, I followed up with corporate and they said Dealers are independently owned. He focused on my tires having to be replaced in 10K anyways vs tires being swapped out. Once I made my complaint to corporate they referred me back to the dealer, this time I spoke to David Jackson and he was even worst. Ignoring the fact that my tires were swapped, they had rust from old dressing which I don't like dressing on my tires, He said that that measuring the wear & tear on the tires and the fact that due to COVID my car was not driven as much was irrelevant. He stated that the RO is all he needed when Andrew Doran said I needed 4 things. 1. Last pic when it was brought in. 2. RO Reading 3. Wear & Tear Measurement 4. My Mileage David Jackson said I didn't anything but the RO reading. What a fraud this Dealership is, they tell their employees to swap out good tires for worn out ones, they don't value good customers. They treated my like I know nothing because I'm a woman, both these men are Misogynistic. DON'T BRING OUR CAR HERE. They don't value Good Customers. More

Their service is somewhat good. The problem is that last time I went there, 09/11/2021 at 9am for change oil and multi point inspection, they promise to finished at 12NN, that's 3 hours. Came in for an oil change and Parts & Service swapped out my tires for some bald worn out tires. I complained and I was told that they needed to see the pic of my car when I came in and mileage and wear & te my tires for some bald worn out tires. Manager name unknown made excuses that for a car of 3 years I would need tires in 10K miles. I told him I had been working from home due to Covid for about 1 year, I only work 8 miles from home and along with 19K miles on my car there is no way I need new tires. I told him he was avoiding my concern several times. The manager got upset and told me that most likely we were not going to honor my complaint. More
