Terrible service I waited for like 3 to 4 hours Nelson the service rep didn't care if I was there or not he didn't explain what my car needed after they checked it now I have to go back to find out how mu the service rep didn't care if I was there or not he didn't explain what my car needed after they checked it now I have to go back to find out how much it's going to cost me for each service. But I am probably going to try downey.toyota and I kept. On saying bad service but no one care. I've been taking my car there since I bought a Toyota last year but not no more horrible that guy even probably forgot I was there bad service with Nelson bad experience ever and no one cared if I was upset or uncomfortable no one in that department care I guess they don't have time they're probably on commission and want to get in as much cars as they could. More

The wait kind of long on Saturday morning, if can be a little faster will be great! Kanika with excellent service, very polite, easy to talk to and with a great big smile, I’m able to get my car fixed and little faster will be great!
