My daughter purchased a palisade from this dealership last summer. Within a month the front grill started peeling. She of course bought all the extra warranties and they will not replace the grill. When you google this car. There are quite a few complaints on this issue and dealers seem to have the same response and won’t fix it. This is a $50,000 vehicle and for this to happen in the first month is absolutely ridiculous. This is a piece of crap car. So if anyone is thinking of buying one. Do your research, look at the complaints and how these dealerships don’t care what this car looks like. Pretty sad when you have spent that much on a car and already want to get rid of it because it looks awful. With her experience I will most likely never purchase from this dealership. Dealership has terrible sales people, they are overpriced ( probably have to pay for all that overhead they have with the new dealership) and overall sales people were very unfriendly. I bought a 2023 lemon. Hyundai elentra hybrid. The vehicle has slammed the brakes going forward with nothing in the way, it has done the same when reversing, and nothing wa Hyundai elentra hybrid. The left side sensors miss a ton of alerts when changing lanes to the left, i was able to back into a rock at about trunk height without the sensors going off at all. This thing is a death trap. After 3 days of not responding i am scheduling services at a diffrent autodealer, woodhouse is a scam. More
