I recently purchased a Nissan GT-R from Woodman Nissan in Colorado Springs, and the entire experience was absolutely top-notch. Taylor, my salesperson, was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and bey Colorado Springs, and the entire experience was absolutely top-notch. Taylor, my salesperson, was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Communication was clear from the start, and he even helped source the exact car I was looking for. Also, big shoutout as well to Chris, who helped make sure everything came together seamlessly. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made sure every detail was handled quickly and correctly. Both Taylor and Chris truly went the extra mile. The entire team at Woodman Nissan made it easy. I went into Woodman Nissan looking for a new car, but just looking to see some options. Jon greeted me and was very helpful. Taylor Thao was the Nissan sales consultant that I delt with. Once I told her what I was looking for, she stayed focused and found the vehicle I wanted. No pressure, no huge sales pitch. The process did ta with. Once I told her what I was looking for, she stayed focused and found the vehicle I wanted. No pressure, no huge sales pitch. The process did take a day longer than I wanted but the vehicle had to brought from another dealership that was across the state. Both managers I met were nice . Overall, I would recommend both Woodman Nissan and Taylor to friends and family. Job well done. More

I had a bad experience today that I wanted to share. I had been talking with Joe Holbeck in used car sales. I'm up in Denver and at 5 PM I called him to see if the car we had been discussing was ava I had been talking with Joe Holbeck in used car sales. I'm up in Denver and at 5 PM I called him to see if the car we had been discussing was available and if I could come and look at it. He said 'yes' so I told him I'd be down in an hour. As I pull off the exit, Joe calls to "be transparent and let me know" that someone else just walked in and was looking at the car. In the less than 10 minutes until I got the dealer, they had reached an agreement with the other party. I call xx, in that in 10-15 minutes someone walks in, test drives, and drops $30K on a car. I think Joe lied or was too stupid to hold the keys until I got there. Wasted close to 3 hours on my time. Neither the sales manager in used cars or new cars was interested in helping.
