Ok service. I appreciate the fact that they had a loaner vehicle available. I asked if they can wash my car when I pick it up and was told if they had time. I as I appreciate the fact that they had a loaner vehicle available. I asked if they can wash my car when I pick it up and was told if they had time. I assume it’s a drive through wash and not someone who would hand wash it. I don’t think it would take long to do it. Considering they had it for almost 2 days that would give them enough time. Apparently it wasn’t. I get my car washed without asking at other dealerships but not with my most expensive vehicle I own. Doesn’t make sense to me. More
