This dealership is awful! ! I took my car in for a simple oil change and they still have my car! It’s in worst shape now than when I brought it in! And all I hear is “I’m sorry ! I took my car in for a simple oil change and they still have my car! It’s in worst shape now than when I brought it in! And all I hear is “I’m sorry”?? I have missed 3 days of work, I have a small catering business on the weekends and I missed money with that! Here it is 6 days later and no car! They won’t even call me back to say what’s going on with my car! This is truly awful and I need immediate attention to my issue! Angry and certainly NOT satisfied! More

Best service in Jacksonville! I am very picky about customer service. I very rarely give a five-star rating but I couldn't help myself. The staff at World Imports took care of me I am very picky about customer service. I very rarely give a five-star rating but I couldn't help myself. The staff at World Imports took care of me and my car as if it were their personal vehicle. This is very uncommon and I will never use another service center. Thanks World Imports! More

Wanted to find a dealership that wasn't as pricey as Brumos. MB SLK was pulling to the right so we asked them to do an alignment and balance wheels. They had high school looking guys working on the ca Brumos. MB SLK was pulling to the right so we asked them to do an alignment and balance wheels. They had high school looking guys working on the cars in an unprofessional manner. Tell us our car is in perfect alignment and that they are designed to pull to the right. Then proceeds to tell us to offset that people typically add 5psi to the right side and decrease left side by 5psi. Then to top it off they still charge us 60 bucks. That's all I needed to know to terminate any future business with them. More
