Good dealership. Friendly ASMs. However, the overall cleanliness of the waiting area was meh. There was no snacks in the vending machines and the water bottles in the Friendly ASMs. However, the overall cleanliness of the waiting area was meh. There was no snacks in the vending machines and the water bottles in the other looked to be over a year old. When it came to my car, I own an EV and the inspection sheet stated that the oil levels and transmission fluids were checked among a couple of gas engine only items. EVs don't have or need these items so attention to detail to reassure me you know how to take of my EV. More

What went well was that my service was completed correctly. They were friendly and apologetic for the delay. I had an appointment, but unfortunately that did not deter the delay.
