Even my credit was not so good WJ found a finance company that could accommodate my needs. The service department has always been beyond reproach in my view. I wish I could say that about all the dealership I have encountered in my lifetime at age 55. Keep up the good service, nothing to change. More

We were told our credit wouldn't be negatively impacted. Decided not to buy from here and a few weeks later we bought from somewhere else. When the other dealership ran out credit report, we were SHOWN that Wyatt Johnson GMC had submitted an inquiry that got pulled by about 15 different lenders. That was in one month. They'll do anything no matter how it impacts your credit to make a sale. I knew car salesmen were crooks but they are crooks to a whole new level. More

I am now looking to purchase a Buick Encore and guess what my first stop was. Wyatt Johnson of course. I hope to be as happy with this Buick Encore purchase in a year as I am with my Sierra purchase. I highly recommend you giving this dealership a shot at your business. I was disappointed by some Nashville dealers salesman's attitudes and was pleasantly surprised by David Joiners demeanor. More

Long review but very detailed about my experience If you want to really know what it is like to-do business with this company then please take the time to read my experience. This was my 4th experien If you want to really know what it is like to-do business with this company then please take the time to read my experience. This was my 4th experience buying a vehicle in my lifetime but the first time dealing with Wyatt Johnson. My husband and I contacted and visited several dealerships without anyone taking us serious. We had to ask to talk to a sales person a couple of times. We already had our financing in place with our credit union, so we were ready to go. But these dealerships made us feel like we were teenagers trying to buy something we “really” couldn’t afford. I was extremely discouraged and very upset by the situation. I finally found Wyatt Johnson online and found the Yukon I was interested in. I sent an inquiry by email and a female called me back called me first thing in the morning and had Tim Forsythe in used cars follow up with me to go over the details of the vehicle. I received a follow up call from Dale the used car sales manager and he answered all the questions I had that I forgot to ask Tim. Over the next couple weeks I received follow up calls from Dale and Tim just checking to see if I had any other questions. I wanted to keep researching and looking just to make sure I did not rush into making such a big purchase. We continued visiting and calling other dealerships and again we still were not taken serious by any other dealerships. I couldn’t understand why this was happening to us. Did we dress funny? Did we look a certain way? Did we smell? Is it because we are a mixed raced couple? Did we have a message on our forehead that said “Treat us like crap”? We honestly just didn’t know why no one seemed willing to take the time with us. The day comes when we are ready to buy and I found an awesome deal in Birmingham Al for a Yukon Denali. It was the same price, 8k more miles but very few differences as the one at Wyatt. I spoke to Tim and thanked him for how he has treated us and appreciated his help with everything. I explained I found the Denali for the same price and he said he understood and appreciated the opportunity. He said he was going to follow up with Dale and let him know. Shortly after we hung up Dale called and I updated him about the situation. He asked me about the vehicle and looked it up. What happened next was extremely surprising. After he looked over the vehicle online he told me flat out “that is a great deal’. I should have expected that after the amazing treatment I experienced while working with them. At this point I started to realize that those small extras were nothing compared to how we were being treated. I asked him about how much warranties were for the Yukon. He did not know much about warranties but he would have someone call me back. Within a few minutes we got a call from Sandy. She went through all the details with my husband. Once he got off the phone we both decided that the way we were being treated was much more important than the chrome on the Denali and we were on our way to Clarksville. So the story doesn’t end here. At this point we never met Dale or Tim face to face, so I was curious to know how we were going to be treated when we arrived. Guess what….. FINALLY!!!! We found the right dealership. We were greeted with smiles and asked how they could help from several different sales people. This confirmed this dealership and leaders not only treated us right but they have trained their employees how to take care of potential customers and current customers the right way. When we got back to the finance department we met with Clay. Clay was very easy to talk to and took his time explaining everything and we were in and out of there in no time at all. We had to bring the truck back the next day to bring our check from our credit union and put a screw in on the lower air deflector. Dale brought over the service manager and looked over the piece and then he told us he was not going to put a screw in, instead he was going to replace it. Again I was impressed. I know this is a long review but if you are looking to be treated the right way when you are car shopping, this is the place you want to go. I have and will recommend them to all of my friends and family. I am extremely happy with my beautiful Yukon. More

We looked at many vehicles new and used and decided upon a 2013 GMC Acadia. We received an amazing deal, that I am very certain would be hard to find elsewhere. We absolutely love it for our active families needs and possibly later growing family! Now we can have people ride with us! They really listened to what we needed and worked hard in finance to meet us in the middle on pricing, as we where very apprehensive on spending the original amount a month. They have not been in business for as long as they have for no reason. We will definitely be buying again from them! Also, we received a thoughtful gift about a week later! Customer service doesn't stop the moment you buy! More
Go see David Joiner!! He made the experience of looking for and buying a vehicle so easy! I never felt pressured to buy anything over my means and he LISTENED to me.
