Staff was friendly and did not feel pressured except for the final purchase decision of a particular vehicle. However, polite so could not really fault them on their firmness of timeline….it all worked out! the final purchase decision of a particular vehicle. The problem that I took the car in for was not resolved in the 4 hour diagnostic wait. The car is older and will soon be replaced but paying the 257.00 diagnostic bill and still leaving with the lights on in the 4 hour diagnostic wait.
