Wyatt Johnson Subaru - Service Center

I brought my Subaru Forester in for an oil change and inspection at 10K miles. They said the cabin air filter was needing to be replaced and showed me a video of my filter, which I thought was pretty coo inspection at 10K miles. I brought our car in due to a parasitic battery drain. The symptoms were explained - repeated dead battery, touch screen going haywire, etc. The car was fixed after 4 days and picked back up on our way ho The symptoms were explained - repeated dead battery, touch screen going haywire, etc. The car was fixed after 4 days and picked back up on our way home from vacation as we live over an hour away from the dealership. The DCM was replaced and the issues supposedly fixed, but the screen/radio/car play is still going haywire. It has been updated, reset, etc., still with no fixing of the problem. Now we will have to arrange another trip to leave the car yet again. More
