Purchased a used 2024 Kia Forte here, and was assured it was in perfect condition. The first time I took it onto the interstate, the right side of the car began to wobble, and I can only assume it was cause was in perfect condition. The first time I took it onto the interstate, the right side of the car began to wobble, and I can only assume it was caused by the tires not being balanced properly. When I opened the center console, there was an open pack of chewing tobacco. I don't know how any dealership could allow this to happen. The car was dirty when I bought it, and as soon as I washed it, I saw why they didn't. There were scratches and cracks all over that I somehow overlooked, and they became glaringly obvious after it was cleaned. Furthermore, they told me to bring the car in the next day to have it cleaned, and they did the worst job I'd ever seen. There was dirt still on the floors; they didn't open any compartments to clean, and the seats were, for some reason, soaking wet. They only did the inside because it was "too cold" to clean the outside, so I took it to a carwash to clean the outside and finish vacuuming/cleaning the inside. That was also when I noticed how poor the condition of the vehicle was. Please do not buy a car from here. On a positive note, the salesperson was fairly nice. We actually came from the used car lot to buy the car here, and all the issues I have are with the car itself or "service" done and not him. More

From the time I bought my car to now (over a year later) I have had nothing but issues directed specifically to the service department. After having my car 4 days, a "low coolant" light came on and come to I have had nothing but issues directed specifically to the service department. After having my car 4 days, a "low coolant" light came on and come to find out a leak from the radiator hose was overlooked from the initial service when it was taken in. I later had another coolant leak issue, and when I got my vehicle back it would not start. After a service technician had to jump start it, he told me my battery was fine and it was a "one time thing". My car had to be jumped 3 times the next day and I ultimately had to buy a $600 battery after being told it was fine. Every time I took it into service, even for a basic oil change something was said to be wrong with it. Fast forward to about 2 months ago, I took it in to have the check engine light diagnosed. I was told it was my charcoal canister and purge valve. I was shown a video by a technician of my "bad charcoal canister". The parts were ordered, I scheduled to have the service done. I sat for 3.5 hours waiting for the service to be done and just yesterday I receive a call from the service advisor that the charcoal canister never actually got replaced because they did not have the part. After the realization that I have been taking my car to a place that has not successfully fixed my car, I decide to take my vehicle to a more trusted shop. It was concluded at this new shop that nothing indicates an issue with my charcoal canister, and I was also informed that my engine has not had the repairs done that I and my warranty have paid to have done. I am absolutely disgusted at the lack of service done to my vehicle. I am even more disgusted that I was an employee at this company and that was clearly taken advantage of. More
I went in for some service questions. I am from Canada so my warranty wasn’t valid but Casey and the fellow he referred us to were amazing.
