Would highly recommend staying far away. Took my F-250 in to get the injector checked out due to it throwing a check engine light. I dropped the truck off on a Monday to be diagnosed. Hadn’t heard anything by Wednesday so I called and was told they couldn’t get the check engine light to come on, and that I could come pick up the truck. 2 miles into my drive home, boom check engine light comes on. Mike at the service desk has to have by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Upon driving the truck back they tried to say it was the tuner I had plugged in, which has been on my truck for 50k miles, why would it be an issue now? I told them I wanted it an injector balance test ran on it to confirm it’s the injector. I was told it wouldn’t be until the next day before they could look at it and that they would let me know, understandable it was already 5 in the afternoon. 5 o clock the next day comes around still haven’t heard anything, gave them a call and lord behold it was the injector all along. But they said they couldn’t give me a quote due to their systems being down and they would call me first thing Friday morning. 2 o’clock Friday morning no phone call, I called and got the quote and told them to go ahead and replace it, I was told the truck would be ready Monday afternoon or first thing Tuesday morning. Monday comes around and I stopped by truck hasn’t even been started on, was told that it would be ready for sure Tuesday by 5. Got a call Tuesday around noon saying they haven’t started on the truck but there going to try to get to it after lunch for me to pick it up and that they would call me at 3. 5 o’clock rolls around… again no call. So I called again truck still isn’t ready for pickup. I understand delays life happens especially working on vehicles, but the transparency is absolutely horrendous. Definitely will not be thinking about ever taking my truck to anywhere that has their name on the building. Would recommend reading the other low star comments, they are definitely true. More
recently took my car to Wynn Ford for a diagnosis on two serious issues, and I was shocked by the cost. They charged me $129 per diagnosis, totaling nearly $400 just for identifying the problems. One of the issues was just the tire pressure sensor light, which I knew wasn’t a big deal. Had I known they would charge $129 just to confirm that, I wouldn’t have even bothered. In my experience, most shops charge a flat fee for diagnosing multiple issues, and the most I’ve ever paid elsewhere for multiple diagnoses was $200—far less than what Wynn Ford charged. If you need a diagnosis, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. There are plenty of shops that won’t nickel-and-dime you for every single issue. Save yourself the unnecessary expense and look for a repair shop with fairer pricing. More

I took my car to the collusion department they took 2 months to fix my car which they told me 2 weeks. Finally got my car back and my car is still not right. I had to take it back for my hood and headl months to fix my car which they told me 2 weeks. Finally got my car back and my car is still not right. I had to take it back for my hood and headlight lamp the very next day. They called me that same day 3 hours Later and told me my car was ready. Guess what it wasn't my hood was still not closing correctly you had to slam it for it to close and the hood was over the top fender it was dark when I picked my car so I couldn't see it. So now I'm here again for the same issues More

I took my 2020 Escape in for an oil change and work on a recall. A sensor went off on the way there. Had to order that part and the 2nd part they needed for the 2nd recall is on back order till April. St recall. A sensor went off on the way there.
