My whole entire outlook changed when I researched the focus and then went with her to the dealership. The sales manager personally sat down with me and explained everything. The most exciting part for kaylee was the car is on her name!!! Yankee qualified her for the college student program and got her a payment she could afford. I loved how Bob Esposito personally told me about his daughters and how he felt when they first leased there focus. I will tell my friends and family that ford is in and bye bye Volvo. More

I would not recommend this dealership. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated by this dealership. I was told by their salespeople that "We will beat [other dealership], period!" I was very disappointed with the way I was treated by this dealership. I was told by their salespeople that "We will beat [other dealership], period!" When we arrived to purchase the vehicle they attempted a classic bait and switch. When we told them we wanted to stick with the original plan they told us they couldn't do what they said they would. This was horrible customer service. The way I was treated by Yankee Ford reinforced many negative stereotypes of car dealers. More
