The finance manager, Anthony, was very organized and got the sales/loan paperwork sent overnight along with a return overnight envelope. The price was more than fair, and they helped direct me to someone to handle shipping of the vehicle ('20 RAM Laramie Longhorn) to my home, and when it arrived it was pristine.
