Yark Nissan

I am extremely disappointed in the service we received at Yark Nissan. We paid for a diagnostic test for $170.00, and it is not deducted if you have the recommended service done. We paid for everything; went out to inspect our car and the tires had not been rotated. How did I know? I numbered my tires with paint. Needless to say, I was quite upset. I wondered what else had not been done, and really couldn’t prove either way. I felt cheated and lied to. I asked to speak with the GM. He came out with an attitude, and yes, that is my opinion, but he ha a scowl not a smile. So that sort of set the tone for our conversation . I explained the situation and told him I had been lied to and I wasn’t happy about the whole situation. He offered to rotate the tires. “No Thanks! That ship has sailed!” He then tried to make me feel bad for calling them liars. Sorry, I have it in black and white you charged me for something that was not done. He gave an insincere apology and offered refund; whoo-Dee-do. I’m getting my money back for something that was not completed. He tried to make me out as a bad guy & made excuses why the tires weren’t rotated. He left in a snit. Wow.. that’s usually the customer’s job. The GM was very unprofessional, rude and really needs to learn some people skills. Oh yeah, he informed me he is great with people and he has great reviews. If you have to tell me that; there is a problem. Needless to say, I won’t be back. I will drive further for a Nissan service center and Nissan Dealer in the future. More
