The dealership charged me $115 for a diagnosis when it was only $60 a few months prior which I find strange. I felt pressured into a diagnostic test by the service advisor verbally on the spot since they was only $60 a few months prior which I find strange. I felt pressured into a diagnostic test by the service advisor verbally on the spot since they did not feel that a battery issue could cause electric power steering issues. Later after the service advisor spoke with the mechanic, the service advisor confessed that a battery at end of life could cause the electric power steering to malfunction. The only service I needed was a battery replacement. Instead of paying $200 for a simple battery replacement, I was charged over $315 because the service advisor misled me into thinking a diagnostic test was necessary. In the future I will request specific items to be replaced and if that cannot be done without a diagnostic fee, I will go to another auto service center which is closer to my new address or replace the parts myself. I would like to receive a partial refund because the diagnostic test was unnecessary. More

After an oil change and tire rotation, I noticed the next morning one of my hub caps was missing. I called a week ago to see if the service guy forgot to put it on and I still have not received a call back. morning one of my hub caps was missing. I will say that they got me right in without an appointment and the whole process was less than a hour, but now I’m missing a hub cap so the car looks silly.
