Your advisor explained that it was possibly not a battery and would need to be further diagnosed, an intermittent power steering issue can be caused by multiple issues. A diagnostic was necessary to determine the source of your vehicle's issue. This included a battery test, scan for codes, a test drive, and physical inspection of your vehicle, to be thorough. Again, we truly apologize for any miscommunication that happened and value you as our customer.
