Yark collision center. Knowledgeable, but terrible communicators. It is sad when you have made 4 phone calls with 4 voicemails asking to just be informed on the process ( a value hanging up inside the communicators. It is sad when you have made 4 phone calls with 4 voicemails asking to just be informed on the process ( a value hanging up inside their store room ) and still have get no callbacks. This was after I had already purchased a 580 dollar windshield. Eventually I just gave up on them being responsive to me over the phone. They were either avoiding my phone calls, or simply not having the follow through to call back. I had to drive up to the office and make them talk to me, face to face, no way to continue to dodge me. I am not a demanding person. But I felt that the only way to work with them was to make a presence and demand their attention. I hate that. I just want collaboration and not having to force myself into a collaborative environment. It didn’t help that the job they did do fixing my car, was below quality standard. My windshield leaked. The leak was right into the A Frame where all the wiring resides. I called them and asked for a call back. Again, no one responded to me. I had to drive up to the collision center again and make a presence. Yark the dealership was great for my car’s first check up. I don’t know what the disconnect is between the collision center and the dealership, but they are worlds apart. Sad. Not even 25 miles from one another and the quality, customer attentiveness, and organization are light years a part. I hate to complain. But yark collision center has given me an awful taste in my mouth. Yark the dealership has been great. More
