Things didn’t get off to the right start. The first time I sent my car in to discover why it wouldn’t start, they had me pick it up claiming it was finished but with parts still disconnected The first time I sent my car in to discover why it wouldn’t start, they had me pick it up claiming it was finished but with parts still disconnected under the hood and incorrect information and my car drove home but failed to start ever again and I was back to square one. I reached out and was connected to Michelle, a service team member. Michelle ensured things got turned around! She courtesy towed my car back, had it reevaluated and fixed the issue at no additional charge. She was kind, patient, and really took the time to make sure I was back on the road again. I am pleased with her service and would have my car repaired there again specifically because of Michelle’s excellent customer service! Thank you Michelle!!! More

This dealership has been wonderful. I had a problem with a Jeep and they went above and beyond to make sure I got excellent service. The service manager and her assistant were amazing. The service manager was super busy and made time to even call and keep me informed about the progress on my vehicle. She made everything so easy. She even called after I had dropped off the vehicle to see if I wanted a car for the weekend as I took it in on a Friday. I will definitely keep doing business with Yemm!
