Bought a vehicle from them, had a few questions about the dashboard lights that were on. I was told one thing but actually it was something more to it. Check engine light came on while driving home. Contacte dashboard lights that were on. I was told one thing but actually it was something more to it. Check engine light came on while driving home. Contacted the dealership was told to bring the vehicle back they would look it over. The date kept changing on when to bring vehicle back to them and this was done by them. Eventually wasn’t able to take car back to Joliet dealership due to inability to drive it had to take it to a Chrysler dealership totaling about $2000 in repairs. I expected to have to put some money into the vehicle so it runs properly but not after having it for less than a week. I asked the manager on the test drive for an itemized list of what needed to be repaired and he stated “Everything had been checked out by his mechanic and the car was in good running condition.” Except for the airbag sensor that needed to be replaced but assured me the airbag would deploy. xx warranty when you buy the vehicle says 15days or 500miles to bring it to them for engine issues etc. I never had the chance to drive it back to Joliet because the car wouldn’t make it. Beware doing business with them. More
