It would have been nice to bbae the car clean when I got it. It had cat paw prints on the roof and hood. I have always gotten a full tank of gas with the purchase but a carwash or a tank of gas was not offe it. It had cat paw prints on the roof and hood. The process went smooth and overall it was a good experience I just wish the customer service was a bit more customer focused. A carwash and a tank of gas should have been a given. I would still buy from them again knowing I have to negotiate everything. More
