Scott Czarnik is a fantastic man. I love the dealership. Scott needs a raise. Scott was so nice and enjoyable to speak with, he even ate pizza while I was talking to him. Went in to get a bulb changed on my headlamp with an appointment. They checked it out and replaced a bulb after 2 1/2 hours. I was driving the car noticed about a week later Atlanta that they worked on appointment. They checked it out and replaced a bulb after 2 1/2 hours. We are owed running boards and was promised them within a couple of days and it has been over 2 weeks. No one knows what is going on. Was told they will look into it and get back to me the next day and haven couple of days and it has been over 2 weeks. No one knows what is going on.
