Stated he didn’t want my business Went to purchase a Camry. The sales woman was great- was ready to purchase from them. The sales manager told me that he wasn’t willing to sell for anything under MSRP because he was able to sell it someone else for full price. This guy clearly believes in taking advantage of customers, rather than selling a higher volume of vehicles. Wasn’t willing to negotiate on the trade either. So I bought the same car from another Toyota dealer who offered twice as much for my trade (without even negotiating) and sold me the car for $3k less. This dealer is my local dealer— but they openly didn’t want my business. More
