Zimbrick at Fish Hatchery Road

Bought a used BMW from these guys around 2020. First sign was shady financing- I was offered a single 11% APR rate and found 3% with a personal credit union. For comparison I recently purchased a used Mazda with Russ Darrow and they sent our info out to 32 banks to get us the best rate and ended up getting us 5% flat in 2025 which at the time was unheard of, beating the personal credit union rate I had come to the table with so there ARE places that do this better. The car got a flat tire 9 months after purchase so we towed it to the shop and said might as well have it checked out. At that time we found over 14k in critical repairs (we bought it for 17k 9mo ago). Their own shop, Zimbrick repairs explained to me that one of the issues was a large structural metal under plate of the car body was missing and I almost laughed out loud- it was something like 2k to replace. There is no way in xxxx that fell off while I was driving it, because I would have heard a large metal plate release from the underside of my car. These guys either sold us a lemon on purpose or did not do proper due diligence to know what they were selling - either of which are reasons to stay clear. They are more interested in a quick dollar than helping you find the car you need. More

James Skolaski was our salesperson and he was amazing. We intended to go look at a car we saw online. He never rushed us or pressured us. His years of experience in this field shows. No one likes a car salesperson who is pushy! James is far from that. Would definitely recommend him to others. More

NEVER AGAIN. 7 days after purchase. I have driven the car twice. It is 5 miles to work. I had 4 days off after purchase. It is 7 days later and burning rubbe 7 days after purchase. ONE WEEK later smells like burning rubber. Not only was the entire experience horrible, Jeff was very pushy and rude. for me to buy the car. " Someone else will buy this car, its great, you will not find better quality." -WRONG Probably why he is retiring. I will NEVER BE BACK , after buyin 4 cars from Zimbrick. I will certianly update this review if JEff and his so called used car manager decide to make this right. VERY IRRITATED. YEs I bought an as is car. However, I was assured that " we have the best quality and we look over our cars you are not going to get this quality any where else". well guess what FALSE. WHAT a turd show More
