Very responsive, courteous service advisors provided quick follow through on service and full explanations of work done, as well as recommendations for the future.

Working with the service and sales at Suburban has been excellent. They have responded to all requests that I have made.

The person we were corresponding with wasn't even on site. They were making appointments from another location telling us to ask for a person that wasn't even at that location. So when we showed up for our appointment nobody even knew we were coming. Then ultimately we were told the car we were coming to see already had paperwork started on it with another customer.

I never purchased the vehicle (Chrysler 300) from this dealership came to found out they were in another state. I had Cash to make this purchase.

They seem to have been understaffed with service. I took my car here for my tire reading low and said they couldn't find anything. Took it to dexter chevy instead and sure enough they found a nail in my tire. They missed an obvious fix which leads me to believe they are understaffed or rush their technicians, as well.

The walk-in service on Fridays worked great for my first oil change of my new Equinox. The service representie is very friendly and professional. Nice waiting room or shuttle bus. Quick and quality service. Highly recommend and will come again
