And if I'm waiting the customer service area is pleasant, with coffee and snacks and wifi. The sales staff is also patient without any kind of hard sell that would drive us away. We're on our fourth Subaru and will probably buy a fifth in two or three years if Subaru has hybrids or electric vehicles with long range, because it's time for all of us to switch from gas engines for the sake of our children and grandchildren.

I always bring my Forester to Ward. I worked with them to buy my first new car as an older adult of 50. They treated me with respect and walked me through the entire process over email. I was in the office for an hour to sign the final documents. Because of that great care, I decided to make sure all my services were completed at the dealer. I have never regretted that choice for the last three years. The service is brilliant and timely. Everyone is polite and the waiting area is clean, snack-filled, and perfect for working while I wait. During my last visit, they made sure that I was able to use the one free wiper warranty, even though I had no idea I had it! The free car wash is a definite bonus!
