I had a wheel bearing go bad on the day before I was to leave for a business meeting in VT. I was a Saturday. Of course it couldn't happen during the week. I called my salesperson Chad and he personally made sure I had a vehicle to drive that weekend for my meeting while the service dept fixed my car the next week. I found that if you buy a car from them, the 1st rate treatment dosen't stop at delivery. They really go out of their way to ensure a pleasant ownership experience

My Review of crest:
Asst Svc Mgr. (Tom) appears to be in wrong line of work. Doesn't seem to know cars or what is going on in his own service dept. Told me my Tl didn't require the transmission to be replaced only that they installed the additional oil jet kit. Car was in for other various svc at the time. The following week I recieve a bill for $100 for trans. service. Upon calling him he states that's what was requested. I then discover trans. recall check was never performed and that indeed the tranny will be replaced. Why would you service a tranny involved in a recall that potentially will be replaced anyway especially when it isn't even close to the mileage called for a normal transmission service ?
