I was not happy with financing interaction. It was ready to sign when I got there, but was not discussed. I feel a phone call should have been had to discuss financing options. I was in the position where I had to get a vehicle. Afterwards, I thought, financing wasn't even discussed other than I told them what I was putting down. Rates, etc. should have been talked about. Or at least we checked xyz and this is the best rate. Anything. I will say, they found the vehicle I was looking for. My only exception was the process of financing. More
