I was very dissatisfied with this dealer - I went to look at the Terrain over the memorial day weekend - the sales representive was friendly enough but the sales manager was very arrogant and could have care at the Terrain over the memorial day weekend - the sales representive was friendly enough but the sales manager was very arrogant and could have cared less if he gained my business or not. He went as far as to shrug his shoulder in the middle of the conversation and walk away without a Thank You, Good-Bye, or anything else. Maybe he didn't think I was worthy of his dealerships time. I surely will not be buying a car there. More

We were welcomed warmly and always made to feel that our business was wanted and appreciated. This was not true of some of the dealerships we tried to work with. Our credit was not the greatest after my hus business was wanted and appreciated. This was not true of some of the dealerships we tried to work with. Our credit was not the greatest after my husband had a long and unexpected layoff from his job of 15 years. But everyone worked with us to get us the best deal possible. From my first inquiry on line to our visit to the office to complete the paperwork, we were treated fairly, respectfully and honestly. Thanks Steve, Dave and Tom. More

Linda was great. She was attentive and pleasant. I do however feel that we should have been able to get a better deal. We were told that paying cash did not matter to the dealership and no special disco however feel that we should have been able to get a better deal. Best exsperance as far as car buying goes. Was done in a timly manner which I value most having two boys with me (11yrs & 4 yrs). The sales person Nick went above and beyond any expectations I had. He found the Acadia I wanted with every option I requested. He never was pushy at any point and listened to all our needs including the kids. The sales manager to the finance office from start to finish all where great. I will tell everyone to go to this dealership and see Nick.
