The worst dealer experience I've ever had. I'd give no stars if I could. Not only did they fail to pay off my trade-in in a timely manner (close to two months) when I bought the car from them, I'd give no stars if I could. Not only did they fail to pay off my trade-in in a timely manner (close to two months) when I bought the car from them, they denied my comprehensive warranty (never get those) claim on a failed section of my wire harness and tried to charge me $4k to repair the damage. What was the problem? Three wires broke and I repaired it with an $11 dollar connector that I was able to purchase on Amazon. Took 1 hour and light soldering skills. They wanted to replace the rest of the harness, including who knows how many unrelated wires. They wanted me to submit a claim to my insurance company for the money. Don't go here for anything. More

I was there early and though they hadn’t open an agent said that they would soon, once my car was in which was to change a part I waited in the comfortable wait area that had complimentary coffee and sna said that they would soon, once my car was in which was to change a part I waited in the comfortable wait area that had complimentary coffee and snacks. I bought my car before this company took over the dealership. The transition has not been seamless, but it seems to be getting better. The service is uneven depending who is at the service desk.
