I drive a 2008 Toyota Solara convertible. I have Ganley Ford service center do routine maintenance and repairs and they are terrific! This last visit, I also had the car detailed. Jeff Yeager gave me more than my money's worth! The inside and outside are immaculate. My car is white with a black top and seriously, it looks like new. The inside was polished and vacuumed and smells wonderful. The detail center at Ganley is excellent. I will go back. Thanks, Jeff!

After having a terrible terrible terrible experience at Waikem Kia we decided to visit Spitzer Ford in Hartville. Right off the bat we were greated by Adam Zeman who was friendly and eager to help us in our hunt. He listened to what we were looking for and the monthly payment we were wanting to stay at and only showed us vehicles that fitted our desires. He even went as far as taking us to their North Canton store so I could drive a Jeep Patriot and see how they ride. After we settled on the car the experience continued to be top rated! Sales manager Brian Van Riper was able to get us a interest rate to help us stay right where we wanted to be. And the great experience was continued right into the finance room with Dan Wines who explained everything perfectly and didn't try to upsale all those normal annoying add ons that will make my payment higher.
I have never experience such a painless experience in buying a car and after what we went through days before what a relief!!! These 3 men made the car buying experience a wonderful time! They totally will be seeing us again when my wife's lease is up in a year and a half!

This is my Park Ford story. I've never bought a car before from a car lot or car dealer. I was the kid with the clunker from craigslist. Once I arrived I knew what I wanted, I was excited and nervous. I really wanted a Ford Fusion but hadn't built enough credit to get that car. I was immediately bummed out. I didn't want a new car at that point, but my salesman told me not to count the other cars off. I stumbled upon a 2016 Ford Focus SE, a small economic car that gets really good gas mileage. I drove the car for about an 15 minutes. Once we got back to the dealer, I was no longer interested in a Fusion and wasn't forced into buying a Focus either. The decision was mine, he just opened the door to other options. I thank Park Ford for my experience and will be returning soon.
One you buy from Liberty, they abandon you - Abandoned
Bought a new Ford Focus from Liberty and paid cash. The dealership never sent the title, and after repeated phone calls trying to track it down, was told I would have get a new title, at the title bureau, and pay for it myself, despite having paid Liberty Ford a title fee when I bought the car! The dealership never apologized, never acknowledged their mistake, and did not return phone calls. After selling you a car, Liberty could care less what happens next.

Bait and switch dealer. Found great deal online. Called and "Greg" said he would hold it for me. Drove to dealer. Nobody could find "Greg". Nobody could find the car either. Had more expensive models to show me, though. Story changed several times. Very untrustworthy employees. No knowledge of vehicles selling. All about getting bigger commission check. There are better places to buy a car from. Stay away from these scammers. They will lie to your face.

As it was downtown Ford now transit to liberty Ford be very cautious of what you sign here. Liberty is writing up deals under downtown Ford contracts. Downtown Ford is out of business. Your sol if you later have issues.

We will never purchase another vehicle from Autonation. I took my daughter there because I had such a good experience with Mullinex Ford years prior. She was buying her first car and found a car she loved. It was Tuesday and we told the sales rep as well as the finance person that we would not have the funds for the $2000 down payment they requested until that Friday. The sales rep said that was fine and we could continue with the purchase that day and post date the check for Friday. They processed the check electronically on Wednesday:( this caused a $25 overdraft charge to my checking account. The check was resubmitted and cleared the next Monday. The Sales manager apologized and left a message they would make it right which I assumed meant they would refund the $25 fee. That did not happen...instead Automation debited my checking for an additional $30 fee!!!! If you are keeping track that means they cost me $55 dollars for their mistake that they admitted was a mistake on my voicemail. In addition to the check charges they ran my credit for my daughters loan after saying they only were using my income info, tried to add unnessary things to her loan, told us the loan was approved but then two weeks later asked for addition info to get it approved and didn't tell us her extremely high interest rate was negotiable. I can promise this was the last car anyone in my large family and friend group that will be purchased from Autonation.
