I replaced the tires but asked for alignment paperwork...my paperwork showed CLEARLY and in RED OUT of alignment specs. When I asked to see my previous specs from my file when they replaced them before AGAIN the paperwork showed RED and out of alignment specs. I called the Service Manager and the GM...Neither have returned any calls.

After waiting 2 hours and then them maybe looking at my car 10 minutes they tell me it is all normal for an "M" series car, funny thing is I don't have an "M" series car. $42,000 cars are not suppose to have enigines that sounds like they are out of an 60's model chevy, and are not suppose to have horrible drivetrain viberations. I don't know why BMW is refusing to fix my car but, I am just about sick of them.
