I have both purchased a vehicle and had my vehicle serviced at this dealership. The only issue I've ever had was with the sales manager, but it was immediately resolved. The service department has always been really good, they've serviced my vehicle and normally do a pretty quick turn around on it. I've also had minor body repair done there and they have done a great job. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase a Nissan or have a Nissan that needs service.

We experienced an odd A/C issue with a used Jeep bought from this dealer beyond their control or knowledge. Turned out to be a broken blend door in the dash which was causing cold air to flow along tubing to rear seat for heat, which caused condensated water to form on outside of vent tube and wet carpet. These guys went the extra mile to discover this elusive issue and repaired for us. Truly going the extra mile to make the customer happy with the sale.

Not only did they awesome technician Tommy find the wiring issue and repair it, they also repaired a loose piece of trim and gave us a new extra key. The folks in the service department at Benton Nissan are the BEST! I had an appointment for brake inspection and to check the tire air (admittedly two fairly minor items but important none the less!). They were so nice and did a great job letting me know the status of my brakes and tires, and testing the tire pressure so that I would feel safe on my upcoming lengthy driving trip. Besides always being friendly and courteous, I really appreciate how thorough they always are.
