After having an awful experience trying to get my car fixed. I explained here in a review what had happened and received notice that they had figured out the problem. So after four months my car was fixed. They realized the inconvenience and did not charge the $1383.24 bill. This was extremely generous.

From start to finish treated my wife superb. A loaner was given just in case the maintenance / service due would take longer than a day. ( travel nurse) . Our car was taken in and treated like new.(2014 328i). We were kept up to date numerous times and had ZERO problems getting scheduled. All car dealer ships should follow this lead, then again...all are not BMW !.. Thanks again for flawless schedule,loaner and service. Dustin Glover was our adviser and we drove away extremely happy. Not calling any names but I thought the one one service department in town, I had to drop my car off for service knowing in my past that I had someone one in case they didn’t get anyone at the exact time so I had someone on standby just in case they didnt want they said they would do,but trust and believes,went I got there it was just like the theirs number one customer even though I never had deal with this company before in my life,they got me to work before time and pick be well before my car was ready I could’ve asked for no matter service than I received at the service department the first time in my life I have received such great service so I just want to give them a great shout out thank you chervelet of Montgomery for making me one of your customers

The Service Department was a pleasure to deal with. Rick Smith was great with communication and was always on top of the situations. Mike Merz the mechanic came out and personally walked me through the process of what was done. He walked me through what was happening and the detail was incredible. This is the first time I have ever dealt with a dealer for service, based on usually having friends who can fix anything, however with the time and concern Courtesy GMC Service Department showed me, I will be using them for many years to come.
