If I could give negative stars I would. This is the worst dealership. The service department is completely non responsive. I dropped my car off Wednesday 7/16/25 for check engine light and oil change. I was told nothing can be done without a second key and they would call me back. They never called back so I tried calling them with no response. They called me back and said you need a second key. So I had to order that for $785 and was told it would take a couple of days. On Friday 7/18/25, I was told by my service contact Sam that the key had not come in yet and I would get a call early next week. No call Monday and I tried calling Tuesday but could not get in contact with Sam. I had to go to the dealership to get in contact with somebody. So Tuesday 7/22/25 they tell me the key is on back order. Nobody would call and tell me that. I had to physically go to the dealership. I got contact information for the service manager and he told me to contact him to check on the key. So 7/23/25 I asked about status and he said we don't when we will get this key. You can drive your car if you like, the only thing that might happen is your car won't start because it loses connection with the key. It is a special order item so we can only get it from this one vendor and not find it anywhere else. So I opted to sell the vehicle to Ford. So I would never have to deal with them again. I go to clean everything out of my car and they lost the one key for the vehicle. But they just leave the cars unlocked so thankfully i was able to get my stuff out of the vehicle. I signed over my vehicle to be purchased on 7/23/25. The pay off amount was valid through 8/2/25. Well Ford did not proceed with pay off until 8/2/25. CarMax did not receive the pay off until 8/4/25. Ford would not issue a check without title in hand. So I am still waiting for the money they owe me to be paid. The sales people will not respond to you unless you are interested in purchasing a vehicle from them. I had to reach out to CarMax to confirm a pay off had been made. I had to reach out to confirm title had been transferred. Ford would not respond after telling me things would only take a couple of days and you will be able to pick up the check. I found out they had the title by searching the VIN number and seeing it for sale on their website. If your sales person takes time off nothing will get done. They will pass you around and never respond to you. They will tell you things will get taken care of but then never confirm that things were actually taken care of. This dealership only cares about money and not service. The customer does not matter. There are not enough words to describe the pain of the experience with Long-Lewis Ford. I will never buy another Ford ever again.
