They were willing to negotiate the pricing on both the sale price of my new Genesis GV70 and the value of my trade-in. Favio my sales rep was easy to work with. Teresa the finance manager didn't try to hard sell any add on charges. The selling price we agreed upon was what I drove out the door with. I really appreciated the straight forward manner with the whole transaction process.
