The service department at this dealership is useless. I understand you want to make money, but to refuse to answer any questions whatsoever about my vehicle is a disappointment. I purchased a Ford vehicle and should be able to ask questions about my vehicle without you refusing to answer and quoting “liability reasons”. Maybe that’s how things are done here in Globe. But I shouldn’t have to call the Ford dealership I used to to take my car to in Ohio to get help!

I accidentally hit the system reset button and lost the ability to get Apple Car Play. Sara & Lenore at Product Services immediately left their desks , came out to my car and within a few minutes restored my system. Both are very professional, knowledgeable and very nice.

I was totally impressed with the service and caring I saw while I was at the dealership. Usually a used car lot's main objective is to get a car sold and on to the next one. I watched as Kevin talked with previous customers and his overwhelming concern for the customers to have a successful experience with the cars they bought, after they had left the lot. I heard him offer to bring them bring the car back and he would willingly take care of the problem. I don't usually refer people to a used car lot, but this is the exception. I highly recommend Kevin and Mesa Truck. I drive only BMWs, so that is saying a lot.
