Prior to my most recent service visit my rating would hav been a 5 star...but, this most recent 13,000 mile service (1.6 hrs) cost $192.00 labor charge. That seems an extraordinary rate in excesses of $100 an hour. I will not return for such labor charges. All other aspects of my service visit were their usual excellent attention, thanks much.

I recommend asking for Josh Gaffey if you need service for your car. What a great person who provide excellent service! Wish there are more people like him providing this service. Most of these people hated their job but you can tell Josh enjoy what he does. He deserve to be recognized for his amazing service.

I had to wait almost 3 weeks but that was because of the Warranty company, which finally came through and took care of everything. Peter was great and I am very happy with the repairs. This was my first visit to service dept, and appreciate all of the work that was done on my vehicle.
