Service and sales reps treat women with disdain! - One Spear
I am posting this review after an extremely poor service experience. This is not directed at the mechanics but toward the service schedulers and sales personel. There is one service older guy that is nice, but others all treat women like second hand citizens. We took the Juke in for a transmission service, with an appointment at 9 am. She arrived early and they said the could still get it in and done at 9 am. No calls, she checked back at 11 and they had not taken it in yet. 2 hours later the sevice was done. Appointments at lamb nissan are worthless, they lied, lied, lied, BS for 4 hours. Treated her like she was stupid, even the sales people would not help the sweetest woman in the world! Do not go here they are inatentive a ... holes... We will not buy our new car here or return for service, ever!
But then, Lamb Nissan employees and managers do not value customers!
